"Great place to rent!!!!! Especially for college students looking for a nice place for reasonable rent!! Ian and Heather are great property managers! Never once had to go searching for either of them!!! Ian was always willing to help with any maintenance issues and Heather was always willing to help us out with anything! They require background checks so it makes you feel safer!! Always having community get togethers so you can get to know your neighbors!!!
